We will not negotiate or settle your case until you have reached what is known as Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI), unless you specifically instruct us otherwise. We adhere to this standard because we have seen the alternative too many times. 

We never want a client to realize, months after a claim has been finalized, that they require a secondary surgery or long-term rehabilitative care that was not accounted for in the initial settlement. Once a case is settled, it is closed forever. We ensure that the funds available to you match the actual medical needs you will face, both now and in the years to come.

Our commitment to thoroughness extends to the financial side of the claim as well. We do not enter negotiations until we have confirmed the total amount of insurance coverage available from every possible source.
